Counters straight from the marketing site's event ledger. Pillar 04 §2.e commits to live build-in-public; this is the simplest possible expression of that commitment. No third-party analytics; same-origin event log.

How this works. The marketing site logs eight event types (page view, waitlist view, signup success/error, founding kit view, pricing view, sign-in attempt). Each event is appended to a local JSONL file. This page reads that file on every request and renders the counters server-side. No cookies. No fingerprinting. No IP retained in the event payload.
What gets shipped to prod. The local JSONL sink is replaced by Plausible per pillar 04 §10, and the public counters move into a Hex dashboard refreshed every fifteen minutes. The data on this page stays ungated; the underlying tooling changes.
